    Reduce time needed to add food footprint

    To simplify adding the carbon footprint of your food to your daily footprint, we recommend focusing on the main source of protein from each meal. This will likely capture the majority of the footprint and save you time selecting each part of the meal.

    Don’t double account for electric car charge

    If you are charging your electric car at home you should not also add the miles driven to your daily footprint. Doing so would double count the electricity usage as this will already be included in the Utilities section.

    Set your daily routine to add automatically

    If you have a regular commute to work, or eat the same thing for lunch most days, simply create a new item to repeat every week day to make this easier to capture. If something changes, just delete the item from ‘items Added’.

    You can reset your password in the ‘My Account’ page in the app, accessed at the top right hand corner of the Home Page.

    Change Email Address or Delete Account

    If you would like to change the email address which your account is registered with or delete your account all together, please contact us on the address below and we will help you with this.
